On the history of uncertainty measures: The standard deviation
This was supposed to be a series of blog post about the history of the standard deviation, seen as a measure of uncertainty.
Given the current pandemic and how difficult it is to pursue research in this context, especially as a non-academic, I am shelving the project for now.
